In Food is addressing the change in business needs
brought about by the new economy. The new business
practice of outsourcing partial or complete
departments has led to a significant reduction in
labor cost along with increased efficiencies. These
two programs are geared directly at our current and
prospective business clients. With our outsourcing
program RIF can guarantee savings for clients while
still producing candidates that meet or exceed company
standards.
In
these "Agreements" RIF takes on the responsibility and
the exposure to perform at levels that meet or surpass
the clients needs. We take on fiduciary
responsibility, the client meets their goals and we
assure that candidates meet their hiring criteria.
-
Partial Outsourcing - If a company wanted to outsource their recruiting needs for a specific market they would enter into an "Outsourcing Agreement" which is a contract with RIF. This contract would stipulate the market or markets and the needs within those markets along with the recruitment production required in those markets. I.E. Company (A ) did not have a recruiter for the California/Arizona market. Rather than hiring a recruiter for those markets, Resources in Food would enter into an "Outsourcing Agreement" to fill all recruiting needs within those markets. Resources In Food, because we already have recruiters in those markets, would charge a fixed monthly fee that would be less than the cost of a direct hire recruiter, benefits, car, expenses etc.
-
Complete Outsourcing - If a growing company
does not have a recruiting department but has specific recruiting needs. They can outsource their complete recruiting needs and or department. Resources In Food already has recruiters in place coast to coast. Because of this, RIF can provide all recruiting needs as a monthly fixed fee that would be significantly less than the cost of adding a department and the associated costs and exposures.
